Our treatment programme has been developed with over 30 years of experience, with over 10,000 patients passing through our doors. Our residential rehabilitation clinic specialises in treating addictions to:

OUR TREATMENT PROGRAMME
Every patient is individually assessed to be provided with a treatment plan that meets their specific needs, substance misuse history, medical and psychological condition.
We aid the recovery of our patients using intensive & personalised detox programmes. These include using:

- Educational lectures
We also treat patients suffering from associated mental health disorders such as:

We also are able to provide a chronic pain management programme designed to help people suffering from chronic pain that are addicted to opioid painkillers.
Our therapy programme can also include a number of complimentary therapies such as equine therapy, mindfulness meditation, art group, relaxation therapy, aromatherapy, acupuncture, drumming therapy, Indian head massage, Thai massage, creative writing and art therapy.
ROUND THE CLOCK CARE – RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION
Our experienced nursing staff are trained to support the needs of a patient during the sensitive time of detoxification. We provide a 24/7 monitored care, offering support, encouragement and guidance. Our detox service is often referred to as ‘Tier 4’, meaning that the medical care that takes place at Castle Craig Hospital is regarded as an inpatient service.
By monitoring our patients in-house, we are able to provide a more secure chance of successful rehabilitation. We ease withdrawal symptoms and review a patient’s care several times over the course of a day. We also have a specialist doctor available at all times in the case of an emergency.
EXTENDED CARE
At Castle Craig Hospital we are committed to continuing our support for our patients. We hold free weekly continuing group therapy sessions at Castle Craig Hospital, as well as in Falkirk Scotland. For our patients based in London and the South of England we can offer a number of recommended aftercare and relapse prevention groups.
All of our patients are encouraged to attend one or more of these aftercare groups on an on-going basis for at least two years after completing residential treatment at our clinic. All of these services are free.
